Sergey Kulkin

Sergey Kulkin is the founder and head pastry chef of GIN & ДЖЕР (Ginger Desserts) in Moscow. Trained at Vip-Masters and Bellouet Conseil and mentored by Antonio Bachour, he is a Ravifruit and Kenwood ambassador and designed the widely used Silikomart Intreccio and Heartbeat molds. Dessert Professional named him Best Pastry Chef in 2011.
