Ludovic Richard

Ludovic Richard earned the Meilleur Ouvrier de France title in boulangerie in 2000, following a European championship in 1997 and a world vice-championship in 1999. A baker's son from Allaire in Brittany, he has taught for twenty-five years, currently at Apprentis d'Auteuil, and opened the French bakery Vent de Ludo in Tokyo's Oyamadai district in 2012.
