Gregory Doyen
Gregory Doyen trained at Alain Ducasse's ENSP before becoming executive pastry chef at the Mandarin Oriental Taipei, where he led a team of thirty-five. Through his brand GD Sweet Concept he has created fashion desserts for Cartier, Dior, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. He travels the world giving masterclasses to an audience of over 400,000 followers.
