Francois Brunet

A fourth-generation baker from Brittany, François Brunet trained at the INBP in Rouen before working under Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas and joining Daniel Boulud's Dinex Group in New York in 2014. As Executive Chef Boulanger he oversees bread and viennoiserie across the restaurant group, quietly reshaping French classics for a New York audience.
