Ezio Marinato

Ezio Marinato took the European baking title in Bulle in 2002 and the Bread World Championship in Lyon in 2007, cementing his place among Italy's foremost bakers. He runs a century-old family bakery in Cinto Caomaggiore, near Venice, known for its panpolenta and heritage-grain loaves. He teaches at ALMA and the Italian Cuisine Master's Programme in Vicenza.
