Dinara Kasko

Dinara Kasko pioneered architectural 3D-printed pastry from her base in Kharkiv, Ukraine. A trained architect turned pastry chef, she works with silicone molds of her own design sold in over 100 countries through her partnership with Silikomart. Her sculptural entremets have amassed a global following of nearly a million.
