Bedros Kabranian
Lebanese-Armenian-Swedish baker Bedros Kabranian is head baker at Magnus Johanssons Bageri in Stockholm and a member of the Swedish National Baking Team since 2015. He took second place at World Baker of the Year 2019 and invented the first documented cube croissant in 2018. He co-founded the Socker Sucker patisserie and now serves as head judge on Hela Sverige Bakar.
